Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes & Cut-Offs We deliver every day via our specialized courier partners. Orders are processed based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

  • Express Delivery (Cairo & Giza): Delivered same-day or next-day depending on your exact zone.

  • Standard Delivery (Cairo & Giza): Delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • Other Governorates: Delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the location.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of 4,000 EGP and above.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below 4,000 EGP, a flat delivery rate of 50 EGP applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please note that a standard COD handling fee of 20 EGP will be added to your order total. To avoid this fee, we recommend using secure online credit/debit card payment.

Unsuccessful Deliveries If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. If an order remains undelivered after multiple attempts within a reasonable period, Refect Beauty reserves the right to cancel the order.
