HOW TO USE
Apply the eyeliner along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving outward in a smooth motion. For a more defined look, gradually build the line thickness as desired. Allow the product to dry completely before blinking or applying additional eye makeup. Use a gentle makeup remover to remove at the end of the day.
