How to Use
1. Make sure your hands and earplugs are clean.
2. Roll the foam earplug between your fingers into a thin cylinder.
3. Gently pull the upper part of the ear upward and backward.
4. Insert the earplug carefully into the ear canal without pushing it too deeply.
5. Hold it in position for a few seconds while the foam expands.
6. Remove slowly and gently when finished.
7. Follow the package instructions regarding reuse and replacement.
