Ingredients
Soft Nonwoven Top Sheet, Absorbent Core (Cellulose Pulp and Super Absorbent Polymer), Polyethylene Back Sheet, Adhesive, Release Paper, and other materials as listed on the product packaging.

How to Use

1. Remove the sanitary pad from its individual wrapper.

2. Peel off the adhesive backing.

3. Place the pad firmly onto the center of your underwear.

4. Replace the pad every 4–8 hours, or more frequently if needed.

5. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
