The 14-Day Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Refect Beauty. You may return or exchange any eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets our strict hygiene and safety standards. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via [Support Email / WhatsApp] with your order number.
Strict Condition Requirements To protect the health and safety of all our customers, items can only be returned if they are completely unopened and unused.

The Absolute Rule: The product's original box, cellophane wrapping, and factory security seal must be entirely unbroken, untorn, and intact.

Any product where the seal has been broken, peeled, or tampered with cannot be accepted for a return or exchange under any circumstances.

The original purchase invoice must be presented with the return request.
The Validation Process All returned items undergo a strict inspection by our warehouse or in-store team. We will verify that the seal is entirely untouched and confirm the item has not been used. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. If an item fails inspection (e.g., the seal is broken or compromised), it will be returned to you, and the refund will be rejected.
Gift Returns & Exchanges If you received a Refect Beauty item as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so for an exchange only (provided the item meets our strict requirement of being completely unopened with the security seal intact). We do not issue cash or credit card refunds to gift recipients. If a monetary refund is required for a gifted item, the return process must be initiated directly by the original buyer, and the refund will be credited back to their original method of payment.
Refund Methods Refunds cover the value of the products only. Original shipping fees and the Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee are non-refundable.

Paid by Credit/Debit Card: The refund will be credited back to the original card used. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear after approval, depending on your bank.

Paid by Cash on Delivery (COD): For security and logistical reasons, our courier partners do not carry cash to issue refunds at your doorstep. You have two options:

In-Store (Cash): If you require a cash refund, you must visit our physical Refect Beauty store in person to process the return with your original invoice.

Online/Courier (Store Credit): If you prefer our courier to pick up the return from your home, your refund will be issued as a Refect Beauty Online Voucher (store credit) sent to your email within 2 business days of warehouse approval.

Paid with Gift Vouchers or Loyalty Points: Any portion of an order paid for using a gift voucher, store credit, or customer loyalty points will be refunded strictly as store credit or points. We do not issue cash or card refunds for the value of applied vouchers or points.
