Subliminal 16H Pro-Liner slides on the eyelid like super black ink, defining the eyes with dramatic graphic effects or ultra-thin, precise lines thanks to its fine felt applicator.
With its ergonomic applicator, it is easy and practical to apply, and is also suitable for beginners.

HOW TO USE

Apply the eyeliner along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving outward in a smooth motion. For a more defined look, gradually build the line thickness as desired. Allow the product to dry completely before blinking or applying additional eye makeup. Use a gentle makeup remover to remove at the end of the day.
